Details

  The surface is smooth and not easy to scale. Its unique corrugated design allows fluid to generate turbulence at lower flow rates, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency. The entire plate bundle is welded from the base material using argon arc welding. No non-metal sealing materials are used, thus providing high temperature and pressure resistance. It can be used in extreme working conditions with a temperature of 300℃ and a pressure of 3.0Mpa.

  It has a corrugated plate structure similar to that of a plate heat exchanger, while employing a more advanced fully welded sealing process, with no gasket design. Coupled with a variety of metal and alloy material options, it ensures that the MAX fully welded heat exchanger is suitable for almost all heat exchange processes with temperatures ranging from -195℃ to 538℃ and working pressures from vacuum to 8.2MPa. Its compact structural design, efficient heat transfer performance, and convenient flexibility of use determine its superior performance, which is inherently capable of completely replacing traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
