  Plate EvaporatorIt is widely used in the evaporation market due to its advantages of high thermal conductivity efficiency, convenient maintenance, and easy expansion.

  The plate evaporator mainly consists of: plate preheaters, plate heat exchangers, plate condensers, as well as material pumps, separators, demisters, steam washing towers, pipelines, etc. The evaporating equipment in the entire system uses plate heat exchangers, and this type of evaporator is used in evaporation processes, where the plates serve as the main heat transfer elements.

  The working principle of the plate evaporator is to achieve the temperature of the material to be evaporated rising above the bubble point at the corresponding pressure through the heat exchange of the partition wall, resulting in continuous boiling, and separating into high-concentration liquid and pure saturated steam in the gas-liquid separator to achieve the purpose of concentration.

  The material and steam channels of the plate evaporator are alternately combined by the same plates through sealing gaskets or welding, with assembly forms including detachable, semi-welded, and fully welded.

  Detachable plate evaporators have advantages such as high overall heat transfer efficiency, low comprehensive cost, saving precious metal consumption, relatively small footprint, convenient operation and maintenance, and adjustable evaporation area.

  The plate evaporator has a high heat transfer coefficient, making the liquid material easily reach a vigorous turbulent state, which is 2 to 3 times that of tubular evaporators. The plate evaporator is not easily blocked, and the liquid material forms disturbed flow on the heat exchange surface, flushing the surface of the heat exchanger, which can delay the scaling cycle.

  The plate evaporator has a compact structure and small volume. Under the same evaporation capacity, the space occupied by the plate evaporator is only one-third to one-fourth of that of the tubular evaporator, with a height only one-tenth of that of the tubular evaporator. It is also very convenient for maintenance, requiring only the loosening of the screws of the plate heat exchanger, and the expansion of the plate heat exchanger is also relatively convenient, able to adapt to various environments and overcome spatial limitations.
