If the outlet temperature of the condensing heat exchanger is too high, it will lead to subcooling and performance reduction.
5. Check whether the temperature distribution on the windward side of the product is uniform. A uniform temperature distribution indicates that the multi-channel distribution state is good, the heat exchange efficiency of each channel is basically the same, and the temperature difference inside and outside the entire windward side pipe is relatively consistent, which is beneficial to improve the overall efficiency of the plate heat exchanger. If the temperature distribution is uneven, it means that the multi-channel distribution state is poor, the heat exchange efficiency of certain pipes is poor, and they cannot fully exert their function. At the same time, it will affect the subcooling and superheating, and affect the overall heat exchange effect of the system.
