  The fully welded plate heat exchanger has a smooth surface that is not easy to scale. Its unique corrugated design allows fluid to generate turbulence at lower flow rates, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency. The entire plate bundle is made from the base material and welded with argon arc welding. It does not use any non-metal sealing materials, thus providing high temperature and pressure resistance. It can be used in extreme working conditions with a temperature of 300℃ and a pressure of 3.0Mpa.

  The fully welded plate heat exchanger features a corrugated plate structure similar to that of a plate heat exchanger, while employing a more advanced fully welded sealing process without gasket design. With a variety of metal and alloy material options, it ensures that the MAX fully welded heat exchanger is suitable for almost all heat exchange process conditions with temperatures ranging from -195℃ to 538℃ and working pressures from vacuum to 8.2MPa. Its compact structural design, efficient heat transfer performance, and convenient flexibility in use determine its superior performance, which can completely replace traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
